Initial steps
Once you’ve chosen your property, and paid a Reservation Fee, we will send periodic updates to let you know how your property is progressing and when it will become yours.
The purchasing process
Once you’ve found the property you wish to buy, either from us directly or via our appointed agent, complete a Reservation Form and pay a Reservation Fee to secure your offer. Once accepted by us, your property will be taken off the market.
What happens next?
At your handover meeting you will be asked to inspect the property and any faults, or snags, will be noted. We appreciate that not all faults will be obvious at this first meeting, so we ask you to advise us of any other faults you identify within seven days.
