Charterhouse offers a unique proposition; its in-house expertise allows us to identify opportunities, across several sectors, for assets at all stages of the property life cycle.

Our opportunity-based approach has facilitated the company’s growth, diversifying over time to invest and develop in a broad range of commercial and residential sectors. In 2017 the directors founded Charterhouse Strategic Land to focus on this sector.
