Charterhouse Property Group are pleased to announce the acquisition of a high-quality portfolio of residential properties from JLL acting on behalf of Eddisons Asset Advisors & Restructuring. The properties are located in a prime waterfront location in a recently developed block overlooking Penarth Marina.
This transaction marks Charterhouse’s first residential investment in Wales. Commenting on the acquisition, Chris Old – Managing Director, said:
